On this site we were asked to complete the floors in a new school academy Design & Technology building which was going to be holding a lot of heavy machinery on top. We increased screed strengths with different admixtures and fibres and the floor has been solid every since.

New top of the range 195m2 swimming pool area with changing rooms, gym & sauna as well as space for a bar area and seating the for evenings. This really is what you call a place of luxury.

LOCATION: WALSALL, PELSALL

We had a bit of a different day here sorting 7 new dog kennels with a wash room in the back. All floor were laid to falls running off into drainage to allow for easy wash downs of each section. On this occasion our finished screed was the final floor covering which will be sure to stand the length of time.

Working on listed buildings is always fun and this 4 story 18th century home was no different! We had around 130 meters on the ground floor with a further 20 meters in the basement.

LOCATION: SOLIHULL, HAMPTON IN ARDEN

New office space to be. We completed this 95 meter area with traditional sand & cement screed providing a solid, level surface.

LOCATION: BIRMINGHAM, EDGBASTON

Luxury basement being transferred into a wine bar, nightclub type room. Having the screed hoses we use it makes even these areas easy to reach. We also completed the ground floor extension.

LOCATION: LEICESTER, MARKET PLACE

Countless amount of steps were completed to market place in Leicester along with different sections on all stories. With the amount of traffic which would be going through the building it was essential to have solid foundations which is exactly what we delivered

LOCATION: ASHBOURNE, DALBUR Y LEES

Completed around 155 meters of traditional screed both upstairs and downstairs on this plot. Underfloor heating throughout both floors providing an efficient source of heating throughout.

LOCATION: CANNOCK, NORTON CANES

Managed to get these 5 plots finished over two days with nine setup and layout of the rooms working in our favour. Around 180m2 overall.

LOCATION: BURTON ON TRENT, NEWTON SOLNEY

Installing traditional screed around two car lifts in a twin garage allowing for underground parking with an office area up the top area. Admixtures and a stronger cement were used to ensure the screed would withstand the weigh of the cars.

LOCATION: DROITWICH SPA

Lovely outside area all screeded to falls into set drainage. We were on around 130 meters of pipe to get the screed from A to B but it made for easy work with our machine setup
